Dan DeHayes is Professor Emeritus of Business Administration at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, serving full-time from 1969 until 2005.
During his tenure, he taught a variety of courses ranging from entrepreneurial studies to information systems management.
Dan DeHayes was a co-founder of The Alliance will Dr. Bill Haeberle.
He currently teaches courses for MBAs. DeHayes has received 17 awards for teaching excellence from 1972 through 2008.

The Alliance meets four times a year in September, November, February and May on the IUPUI campus at the University Place Conference Center and Hotel on West Michigan Street in Indianapolis.
Recently, the membership has chosen to meet once per year at West Baden Springs Resort, in French Lick, Indiana.
The Alliance - A Forum of Indiana Business Leaders
The Alliance is a diverse group of experienced senior decision-makers (CEO/COO) in privately held, mid-size companies from throughout Indiana.
Members come from established companies with annual revenues of several million to $800 million.
Formed by company leaders and faculty from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 1990, The Alliance remains affiliated with the Kelley School, Indianapolis, and recently added Butler University's College of Business as its second business school affiliation.
Our mission is to assist member companies improve performance by providing networking opportunities with other senior executives and presenting new leadership ideas for members to consider.
Influential Indiana business leaders; recognized industry experts; and distinguished faculty members from several Indiana higher education institutions, provide programming for the meetings with the assistance of a meetings committee of the members.
Meetings generally include sessions that provide insight into trends; illuminate new concepts and opportunities; while providing thought provoking discussions designed to provide value beyond the sessions themselves.

Alliance members welcome Indiana business leaders as new members!
The Alliance meets four times each year (February, May, September and November), Thursday afternoon and evening and Friday through lunch, at the IUPUI Conference Center in Indianapolis.
Meetings are conducted in an open and candid manner – as only one company from each industry sector may participate as an Alliance member.
A board of members provide governance for the group.
Up to two persons from a qualifying company may become members. Initial memberships are $2750 per year. Second members from the same company pay $1750.
